– Cua cốm tươi (cua đang lột vỏ, vỏ mềm)
– Gừng: vài lát mỏng
– Muối hột: ½ thìa cà phê

1. Rửa sạch cua cốm nhẹ nhàng

– Thời gian luộc cua to (200–250g): 12–15 phút.

Đừng luộc quá lâu sẽ khiến gạch khô, thịt dai, mất vị béo mượt đặc trưng của cua cốm.
