3. Trường hợp khách hàng muốn tiến hành làm thủ tục hoàn lại tiền, giá trị tiền sẽ bằng số lượng sản phẩm hỏng, lỗi nhân với đơn giá sản phẩm tại thời điểm khách hàng mua hàng.
